Frequently Asked Questions
you may be wondering about some things
You can upgrade to the Agency Plan by going to "Manage Subscription" in your Account Menu. There you'll have the option to upgrade your account. You'll be charged a pro-rated fee to upgrade based on how much time is remaining on your current plan. If you're interested in a Designer License, please submit an application and we'll share the next steps.
Haute Stock's assets should be incorporated into your designs and not shared with clients or customers as is. If you are on the Designer Plan you can include the images, videos, icons and other assets in templates that you sell. However, Haute Stock's assets should be incorporated into your own designs and included as part of the template only (for example images can be included in the customer's version in the Showit Media Library or Canva file). You cannot transfer or make unedited stock assets available for download via Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer for example. You cannot allow clients/customers to access the Haute Stock library. Your login and access to the membership is for you only.
No. None of our plans allow for mass distribution of our assets, even if they are incorporated into your designs. The Agency and Designer Plans allow you to use Haute Stock's assets for projects and products that are for an end-user and created or sold to an individual client/customer. They are not to be included in designs or products that are distributed at scale, say in a membership or as part of a giveaway.
You can use Haute Stock's assets for an unlimited number of client projects or products (Designer Plan is required to sell digital products, templates and physical products). If you cancel your membership, you can continue to use Haute Stock's assets for your existing clients, however not for new clients. If you cancel a Designer Plan, you can continue to use Haute Stock's assets in existing products & templates, not for new products or templates.
